Resin Realm kits are cast for us by well known resin casters. The proceeds from sales are what keeps the Resin Realm up and running. What makes are kits different from other kits is what we do to them to make building them a little less work and a lot more fun. First of all, we do all clean-up work for you so that you can get right to building. The resin parts of the kit you order will have already had the recommended 24 hour Bleche-Wite soaking followed by a detergent wash and clear water rinse to remove all traces of mold release agent. This eliminates the need for you to have caustic and potentially dangerous chemicals around family members, especially the little ones.
All the extraneous flash except for shipping braces are removed from the castings saving you from potential disasters and a lot of time. All you have to do is the final fitting which may take a bit of sanding and/or trimming, prime, paint and assemble.
Cars with *** before their name have factory colors available in airbrush ready 1 step Acrylic Enamel

More than you expect
...Many of our kits include either a color guide sheet or a builders guide with both Color and Detail pages with information that would take you a lot of hours to dig up on your own...some kits come with just a color chart and detail photos while others will have as many as 20 pages of data that you will find very usefull. With most of your research done for you, you'll be able to spend more time building. To give you an example of what's involved in providing these detail sheets with each kit... our 55 Bel Air 4 door sheets (20 in the set) took over 200 hours of research and page layout time. Corrections, tweaks and proofing, over a 100 more. Printing is done double-sided in high resolution (it takes a little over an hour to print a 20 page set) on 28# Kodak presentation paper, except for the color charts which are done on 45# Kodak gloss stock.
The sheets include; as many good photos of the car or truck as we can find in as many variations and colors as posible, detail shots of engines, interiors, trunks, interiors (including fabric swatches when available), minor details, trim components, accessories, additional research sources including names, addresses and web sites, important prototype data, and last, but certainly not least, color charts...We also include an order for for MCW's fine paints. They will mix up any color you choose from the color charts.
As a "Freebie," your kit comes with some of our new "Chrome Trim" mylar stock for making interior and exterior trim pieces. It's real chrome plate, only a few thousandths thick, and is great for mirrors, dash, headliner and door trim, p/u bed strips and lining...you'll probably find a gazillion other uses for it. Unlike BMF it's chrome on both sides and has no adhesive coating. It's also not as flexible as BMF, but then again, it's not as fragile either. The last photo says it all.
