According to my production records and all DeSoto literature for 1960, this car doesn't exist. It is a factory production car however and was probably built for one of the Honchos at DeSoto. The color is Artic Blue Metallic, color code DD-1 which Dave Dodge at MCW can easily mix for you.
You'll have to modify a top or a boot from your parts box or buy one that will work from F&F resin or The Modelhaus.
This beauty is fully loaded including factory air conditioning and the extremely rare phonograph.
